We are experiencing a problem that is causing a site wide outage. We are looking in to this now.

Maintenance is now in progress
On Monday starting at 7:00 AM ET we will be going into maintenance mode for approximately 15 minutes to make changes to our administration Apply Payment functionality. During this time, all sites will be offline.
A scheduled maintenance is planned for Tuesday, February 15. We are expecting a 30 minute outage between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM ET. During this time, all production sites will be unavailable.
We are planning for a scheduled maintenance starting at 10 PM ET, lasting for approximately 5 to 15 minutes. During this time we will be shutting down our database to create a backup and our sites and services will not be available.
We just resolved the issue! Everything is now operational.
We've resolved an issue with the websites not being accessible. The maintenance page is being displayed while we work on relocating the database.
While we work on a permanent fix for this, you may experience minor downtime. We are working to rebuild our database in a more consistent location which will prevent this issue in the future.
We implemented a temporary fix and currently monitoring the result.
We are currently experiencing an outage caused by bandwidth restrictions preventing our database from running while data locality is not possible. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
